relationships, are highly motivated, contribute to one another's
development, share skills and tasks with ease, and achieve high
levels of performance. They also have fun!
Gill offers three levels of team
intervention:
Team Building
On a Team Building
day, there's a mixture of activities which are all designed for
participants to get to know one another better, appreciate
similarities and differences, and crucially to develop trust –
the fundamental component of any functional team. This works well for
new teams, or teams where there are on going problems.
Team Development
On a Team
Development day, the team explores in more depth how they work
together, current team dynamics (helpful and unhelpful), how they can
share skills and offer one another constructive feedback in order to
become a strong team. This works well for teams where a good level of
trust already exists.
High Performing Team
On a High Performing
Team day, the team explores how they can become a high-performing
team: how to capitalise on their strengths, be accountable to one
another, expand and develop their work, raise their profile and grow
into the future. This works well for strong teams who are looking to
raise their performance from good to great.
Gill works with
managers to explore how their team is currently functioning, and
designs a highly tailored team day from a wide range of 'pick
and mix' activities to meet current needs. There's always
a mixture of fun, creativity, thought-provoking discussion and
practical application.
Cost of Team Days: £800 including
written summary of all team output and actions agreed on the day.
